About these terms
These terms describe your use of torsionlogic.com and TorsionLogic digital watch faces, including Flying Carousel, Meridian Date, and Nocturne Calendar. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean TorsionLogic. Please read these terms before using our products or requesting custom work.
Google Play purchases are also subject to the terms presented by Google Play. A separate written agreement for a custom project governs that project if it differs from these general terms.
Our watch faces
Our products are digital watch faces for compatible Wear OS devices. Mechanical artwork and animation are visual interpretations running on an electronic watch; they are not physical mechanical watches. The device supplies the time and other supported information.
Check the product’s Google Play listing for its current features, price, device requirements, and availability before purchasing. Appearance, animation, and always-on behavior can vary with the watch, operating system, and settings. Rendered illustrations and exploded views explain the design and may differ from the on-watch display.
Your license to use a watch face
When you lawfully obtain a TorsionLogic watch face, we grant you a non-exclusive license to install and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices as permitted by Google Play. This license does not transfer ownership of the software, artwork, or branding.
You may not resell or redistribute the watch face or extract and reuse its artwork in another product without permission. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable law, Google Play sharing features, or a third-party license. Commercial, branded, or exclusive uses can be addressed in a separate custom project agreement.
Purchases and refunds
This website does not process payments. Purchases made through Google Play are handled through that service under its terms of service. The listing and checkout show the applicable price and purchase conditions.
For a Google Play purchase, use your order history and Google Play’s refund assistance, or contact support@torsionlogic.com for help. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable policies and law. Nothing here removes your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming digital content.
Custom watch face requests
Email custom@torsionlogic.com using the guidance on our custom request page. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or commit either party to a project.
Before custom work begins, we must agree in writing on the design scope, supported devices, deliverables, price and payment schedule, timing, included revisions, cancellation arrangements, and usage rights. Exclusive rights, source files, publication, and ongoing maintenance are included only when the project agreement specifies them.
You retain your rights in logos, brand assets, and other materials you supply. By supplying them, you confirm that you have permission for their intended use and allow us to use them to evaluate your request and carry out the agreed project. Submitting materials does not give us permission to publish your branding in our marketing; that requires separate permission.
Website content and third-party materials
Our designs, renders, text, and branding belong to TorsionLogic or their respective rights holders. You may browse the site and share links to its pages. Reusing its artwork or branding for another product or business requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law or an applicable license. See our licenses and notices for third-party materials.
External sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. References to platforms describe compatibility and do not imply endorsement or partnership. Google Play and Wear OS are trademarks of Google LLC.
Support and updates
For installation help or a problem with a face, visit support or email our support address with your watch model, Wear OS version, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
We may provide updates to correct issues or improve compatibility. We do not promise a particular response time, new feature, or compatibility with every future device or operating system. This does not affect support, updates, or remedies required by law or expressly included in a purchase or custom agreement.
Responsible use and service availability
Use the website and products lawfully. Do not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person’s rights.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our watch faces are intended for everyday time display, not safety-critical timing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Applicable law and resolving concerns
These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, United States, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. You retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in your place of residence. Contact our support address if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
Changes to these terms
We will publish changes on this page with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or seek agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights from an existing purchase or replace a separately agreed custom contract.
