How can we help?
Here’s how to install your face, check compatibility, and get in touch if something isn’t working.
Install and choose your face.
These steps apply to faces available on Google Play. Check the collection for each design’s release status. Menu names may differ on your watch.
- Check compatibility. Our current designs require Wear OS 6 or later. Check that the Google Play listing supports your watch.
- Install on the watch. Open the face’s Google Play listing and choose your compatible watch as the installation device.
- Open the face picker. Touch and hold your current watch face, then choose the option to add a watch face.
- Select your face. Choose your new face. If it offers different dial finishes, you can select one in its settings.
Using an iPhone?
You’ll need a compatible Android phone to set up and manage a Wear OS watch. Our guide explains the setup, hardware options, and what will work alongside your iPhone.

We make these faces for the enjoyment of the watch itself. We leave those widgets off the dial and focus on the hands, finishes, and moving parts. Some designs include traditional watch features such as a date or moon display.
No. The face changes how time looks on your watch. Notifications and alerts are controlled separately in your watch and phone settings. Installing a face does not switch them off.
Our current designs require Wear OS 6 or later. Check the product page for availability and Google Play for compatibility with your exact watch. These faces are not for Apple Watch or Tizen.
Check that you installed it on the watch, using the Google account linked to that watch. Then touch and hold your current face and look for the option to add another one. The wording varies by device.
Always-on mode uses a simpler display while your watch is idle. Most of the artwork disappears, leaving the time and a few details on black. The full design returns when the screen wakes. Your watch settings control whether always-on mode is enabled.
Battery use varies with your watch, brightness, always-on settings, and how you use it. We don’t have a single battery-life figure that applies to every device. If you notice a change, tell us your watch model, Wear OS version, and display settings so we can help.
Some designs come with a choice of dial colors. You can compare them in the product gallery and change the finish in your watch’s face settings. The choices available depend on the design and version you have installed.
Purchases and refunds
Google Play shows the price before you buy. If you need a refund for a Play purchase, start with your order history and Google’s refund help.
Keep your order information for support, but do not send passwords or payment card details.
Still need help?
Tell us which face you’re using, your watch model, your Wear OS version, and what went wrong. A screenshot helps if the problem is on the display.
